Toys “R” Us is giving customers the opportunity to preview its Holiday sales online Rather than publish its Black Friday deals in newspapers, the popular toy store is previewing its sales event on Facebook. The sales preview is not only a great way for Toys “R” Us to show off its sales event, but also to increase its social network following, which has grown significantly over the past few days.

Users have been flocking to Hulu after the company reached a deal to stream content from Disney. The streaming video venture enjoyed a 47% increase in streams during October, with users streaming approximately 856 million videos last month, according to comScore. The deal with Disney has been both beneficial for Hulu and users, who can watch popular shows like Lost and Desperate Housewives on the virtual network.

Live Nation is set to go forth with its plan to sell live concert recordings. The popular concert promoter and venue owner signed a deal with iTunes, which now has live audio and video recordings for sale. With Live Nation already taping concerts at over 80 of its nationwide venues, users looking to relive the concert experience will be able to do just that.

Amazon released a firmware update for the Kindle that increases the eReaders battery life by 85%. The update not only exponentially increases the battery life on the Kindle but also gives it the ability to read PDF files. The update comes right as Amazon prepares for the Holiday sales season, and days after both Sony and Barnes & Noble announced that its eReader devices were sold out for the holidays.
