NBC and the NFL are expected to announce that they will stream the entire Sunday Night Football lineup online. The deal will be the first time the NFL will be offered by stream. Games which air on NBC will also be available on NFL.com and NBCSports.com.

FCC regulators will announce this week that COMCAST illegally tampered with users broadband service. The ruling comes months after BitTorrent users accused Comcast of throttling its service. Comcast admitted that it slowed some traffic, but claims it was necessary to prevent network overload.

CUIL, a search engine start-up founded by former GOOGLE engineers, is set to launch today. Cuil claims to cover 120 billion sites, three times as many web sites as GOOGLE. The search start-up has raised $33 million from venture capitalists, and unlike most search engines, will forgo the list query for a web-zine format.
