    If “making available” is illegal, than anyone who forgets their book on the subway is liable for damages of 20,000 times the value of the book. This is clearly wrong thinking.

    If you lend a neighbor a hammer does he have to pay for tha hammer’s use to the manufacture of that hammer? If he should pay what is a reasonable charge?
